Tri-Sons Building Contractors was founded over 22 years ago by Frank Van Linter, who began in general carpentry specializing in wood framing, window and door replacements, and finish work. Named after his three sons, the company became a family legacy. Frank’s youngest son, Adam Van Linter, grew up learning the trade firsthand—working alongside his father throughout middle and high school.
In 2018, Adam officially joined the business with a vision to expand into custom home building and site development. His passion lies in excavation and site work, with a sharp eye for transforming raw land into buildable lots. Known for operating with precision, maintaining exceptionally clean and safe job sites, and overseeing projects from start to finish, Adam has successfully led Tri-Sons Site Development Division for the past six + years—earning a respected reputation in the local excavation and development industry.
